Lassiter Electric is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department in beautiful Basalt, Colorado. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the service department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial service clients
- Schedule service calls and dispatch electricians efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and invoicing
- Monitor job progress and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to service electricians
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Track and manage service department inventory and materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Prior experience in electrical service management or related field a plus
- Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and terminology (not necessarily licensed)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude
